Massimo Morales is a UEFA PRO italian coach with a huge international experience across Europe and Africa, working in 7 different countries.

After the first few years of the FC Bayern youth academy and as  assistant of Giovanni Trapattoni, with about 400 games behind as manager, he feels comfortable equally at home in leading a club to promotion (Fortuna Düsseldorf, FK Pribram) as well as saving teams from relegation (Honved Budapest, Stuttgarter Kickers).

Massimo has also developed a great scouting capability thanks to the years he has worked in the department for AC MILAN and subsequently SSC NAPOLI.

Speaking 6 languages fluently, in 2014 Massimo has also earned a certificate as Sport Mental Coach
